I was born and raised in Richmond, Va. I found her way to Charlotte to obtain her Bachelors in Business Accounting at Johnson C. Smith University where she completed her Master of Social Work. I specialize in LGBTQ+ affirming work. I am a therapist who is here to help your needs in the best way that we both see fit! My name is Dr. Audrey Watson and I have a PhD in counseling studies, a master’s degree in human services, and I am also a licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist. My certifications are numerous and include being a mental health first aider, a DWI accessor, and I have extensive experience in inpatient and outpatient services. I understand that all individuals, despite life’s struggles, possess strengths that can be marshaled to improve the quality of his or her life.
